Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used refrigerant gas cylinders (F-Gas regulations)
• Special order or clearance items
• Hazardous materials once unsealed

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Shipping Returns

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
